As part of its strategic supplier partnership with Bombardier, BFG produces standard and universal toilet cabins for these trains at XXX. The toilet cabins comprise of polyethylene undercarriage tanks with a capacity of 242 litres for fresh water and 157 litres for wastewater. A compact vacuum toilet system produced by EVAC is also integrated. BFG uses its patented Phenolic material for these toilet cabins, affording them a superior strength-to-weight ratio.
All parts, produced using a hand lamination process, comply with RVAR specifications for toilet cabins and BS 6853 fire safety regulations.
