2009-2010
In 2009 it became the first network to use the second generation Prima II electric locomotives built by Alstom. These trains are suitable for passenger and freight transportation and have operating speeds of up to 200 km/h.
As part of its strategic supplier relationship with Alstom Transportation, BFG delivered high performance driver desks for these trains. The parts, which were made using a hand lamination process, were produced by NOMA Composites, BFG’s fully owned subsidiary in France. All parts comply with NF F 16-101 fire safety standards.
