BFG International manufactured integrated toilet cabins for these trains at its Bahrain facility. The toilet systems comprise stainless steel undercarriage wastewater tank, a greywater system with a 5-litre capacity, and TEMVAC vacuum toilet system. BFG engineers built a prototype to address the challenges of fitting all the required features, such as baby changing table, sliding doors, wash basins, etc, into the limited space available. A total of 64 standard toilet cabins and 12 crew cabins were produced. All parts, produced using a contact moulding process, comply with NF F 161-01 fire safety regulations.
