As part of its strategic supplier relationship with Alstom, BFG produced a variety of interior panels for this project, including transversal roof arches, seat undercover- Caison, door posts, window post fittings, partition cab post fittings, post fitting side pipings, end post fittings, and gangway panels. Powder coated hatches were developed as an additional feature, and the livery was applied using an artistic serigraphy technique.

All parts were manufactured at BFG’s Bahrain facility using RTM (Resin Transfer Moulding) and contact moulding processes, and are compliant with NF F 16-101 fire safety regulations.
