A landmark project for BFG India, the Kochi Metro programme saw full development completed in a short span of 6–8 months. BFG delivered front ends, sidewalls, seating, driver desks, cab partitions and end gangways for the entire 25-trainset fleet, all manufactured in fire retardant polyester resin with gelcoat and paint finish using Hand Layup and LRTM processes.
